The Tauranga Moana Waitangi Day Festival is an opportunity for us to not just commemorate the signing of the Treaty and learn about what the Treaty means to us today, but also to acknowledge and embrace Tauranga’s multi-cultural, multi-ethnic make-up.

Join us on 6 February 2025 once again to enjoy a fun-filled day of family activities and entertainment. By popular demand, you can expect this year’s festival to have more music on stage than ever!  As well as a wide variety of performers and musicians who will entertain throughout the day, expect boutique stalls, local artisans, food trucks, and an array of family games and activities.
